Nutrition Counseling
I offer trauma-informed, weight-inclusive and culturally responsive nutrition counseling to help you feel empowered and confident in your relationship with food, and with time, find trust between you and your body - all while improving your health. Together we’ll focus on how to adopt healthy habits and behaviors one step at a time, with the approach of adding more, not taking away.
Areas I help with include:
Navigating emotions and behaviors around disordered eating
Stopping chronic dieting and working on becoming an intuitive eater
Continued eating disorder recovery
Managing diabetes and blood sugar levels
Food exploration with children, help with “picky eaters” and enjoying food as a family
Meal prepping for individuals, couples and families

60 minutes — $185
Think of our initial session as a time for exploring your story in-depth to set the scene for our work together. We’ll go over your medical history, as well as your past and current relationship with food, body, support systems and more. We’ll talk further about your desired outcomes for nutrition counseling, discuss what needs prioritization and come up with a plan for what our work together will look like.

45 minutes — $165
Our bi-weekly follow-up sessions will be where we discuss what’s been working well and what may need some fine-tuning, as well as next steps and anything else that may have come up since our last visit. We will always approach your journey together from a place of curiosity, and never judgment, to find what will be most sustainable long-term.
